The room (and en-suite) was very nice, being of a high standard of finish. The veranda was a peaceful place to eat breakfast or relax and read, and the alpacas were a pleasant distraction! Close to a supermarket, the local sports park, the sports arena, and the swimming pool (and extensive spa) was just a short walk away. We never got to try the on-site private spa, but from what we saw of it appeared very nice. Road links to Kanaus are good (30 minutes), we took a trip to Trakai castle (near Vilnius) which took just over an hour.
