This beautiful sanctuary at Ella was the perfect find. If you are looking for cozy homely feels and a clean place to spend your time, Namara is the place. My mornings started with the beautiful nature sounds and looking at green hills and my evenings ended with fireflies outside the balcony. It was truly magical. The wonderful couple is very helpful in giving their recommendations about what to do in Ella and arranging transfer within the city as well as the airport.

Eagle View Villa har udsigt over søen og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon, ca. 18 km fra Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Der er adgang til terrasse og gratis privat parkering. This was our favourite place to stay from our entire trip. Everything was fantastic. The room, facilities, the view, hosts and breakfast. The room was cool enough with a large ceiling fan but there was no air con (not an issue for us though).

A beautiful place on the mountainside, monkeys, squirrels, deers making your stay feel very close to nature. The rooms are fantastic, the choice of materials and the white noise of trees and water running outside makes you relax on a whole new level. It’s located very close to the centre so you can reach every adventure possible around Ella very quickly. Laal and Lakshan were the best hosts during our visit in Sri Lanka, they are amazing people, helping out and widen your experience in every aspect!:)

Hotellet ligger med en smuk udsigt udover teplantager, hvor man også kan gå ned igennem til en lille landsby. Eneste minus er, at der intet varmt vand er og at maden heller ikke vinder nogle medaljer. Tilgengæld ligger der en lille hyggelig restaurant 5 min. gå-gang derfra (Mint of the mist), som laver skøn mad (og kaffe!) til billige penge.

The owner is super nice. The room is big with a big windows and amazing views to the forest ans waterfall. Amazing place and amazing thanks for everything.

Great location, right next to ravana pool club, trail to peak adams& trail to 9arch bridge. Walking distance untill city center. Very clean&comfortable. Best breakfast in sri lanka!! Great value for money!! Amazing staff.

From the minute we arrived until our departure the hosts did everything to make our stay pleasant. The food was excellent and the room was very nice with a great view.

Nilowin Glenanore Guesthouse ligger i en del af teområdet Glenanore tæt på Haputale. Dette familiedrevne pensionat har døgnåben reception og gratis wi-fi. To begin with, I love Nilowin this place a lot. It was so amazing to stay at this lovely and beautiful place with full of love, help and support from the family Saman,Shan, Madushi, Sujatha and the lovely dog mummy Ruby and puppies. 1. For me, I always care more about the people of the place. And about Nilowin, it’s just amazing to have met this lovely and warm family. Saman, the older brother who is not only just the host for me, he also tried to give me a lot of good tips about traveling Sri Lanka, like sharing the route of trekking around our place to the railway trail, and also accompanied me and another guest to the top of tea plantation to see the nice sunset and also walked through the village, and also he shared a lot of good ideas about his cooking school plan and showed me the kitchen and garden he is going to build etc. And Shan, the younger brother is really fun and interesting person and always prepares the food I love for me everyday and also took me to the Sunday market to buy fruits and tuna, and when I go out of Nilowin, he always drives me to the station and when I come back he will pick me up. And Madushi, the wife of Saman , she is a little bit shy but super cute and friendly and helpful, yes , she even taught me how to cook pork curry with potatoes ( I love it a lot even though it’s super spicy). And Sujatha, the mother of two brothers, she is also lovely and likes smiling a lot every time when she sees me, and one more thing about the mother Sujatha, she cooks so tasty food , onion sambol, egg hoppers, rice and curry , fried rice, western breakfast, milk rice , coconut rotti etc, I love all the food she cooks. And the dog family Ruby and puppies just make my stay at Nilowin so happy and full of sweet memories, I love to hug them and pat them, and every time when I open the cage for them , I love to see them jump on me and kiss me, they just warm and melt my heart.
