On the one hand you enjoy very clean, well-equipped rooms with privacy, while you get excellent help with tours and information about the area. You can enjoy wonderful nature, whether traditional food, village life, Mannar City, or the beach. All in one place. I had wonderful tours put together by the host family for birdwatching, Talaimannar Pier, colonial heritage, Hindu heritage, suspension bridge, donkey farm, deserted beautiful beaches, all at a great price, and I didn't have to worry about anything. The absolute highlight was a beach turtle and the freshest, tastiest grilled fish in a long time. In short, I would love to visit this lovely guesthouse again.
