Situated in Kalutara, Karl Holiday Bungalow offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. Set within few steps from the beach, it features lush green gardens and free parking on site. We had a lovely spacious room / bathroom and a private terrace overlooking an amazing garden. We also had a fridge and use of a small kitchen. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely too! It was great to have the swimming pool in such a gorgeous setting. Karl was a wonderful host. He was so helpful and relaxed and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. He's also great fun. We had a lovely stay.

The owners were away but they contacted me by wattsapp as soon as we arrived and were always available. Pushpa who was working at the hotel was an absolute joy and helped us in any way we wanted - including moving rooms so we could be at the back of the house which I recommend to watch wildlife. Centrally located, easy to pay - card or cash offered with no additional charges for card. Nice breakfast. Were able to get into room early. No fridge in room but we were able to use the large fridge in the kitchen. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for one night. We had one part of the house, living room with sofas + fridge. Bedroom had one double bed, washroom had good shower. Good A/C. Place was clean, host was kind and welcoming. Has place for parking. Peace and quiet. Recommended.
