An absolutely fantastic experience! We arrived very early in the morning (1:30 AM) and The Bamboo Tree sent us a driver who patiently waited TWO hours for us to deal with a lost baggage nightmare. We felt awful but the hotel owners were very calm and understanding. The ride to the hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport and the driver was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner let us sleep in before serving a big, delicious breakfast on our porch overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We were well taken care of by both the staff and the owners and will definitely be returning for another early morning flight out!

We will come back here another night at the end of our trip!

Father and son are great and nothing is asked too much. They even arranged the sightseeing in Columbia for us.

Owners family are very food people! For this price is perfect and more! is so clean, comfortable room, location is not far from beach. Breakfast so fresh fruits, juice, tea, all beautiful. I am very thankful 😃
