It is very new. Modern. Excellent bathroom, totally not Sri Lanka style. Great AC. Fridge in the room. Kettle. Swimming pool is great. And you are right in the center of Unawatuna. I loved it. Stayed here twice during our Sri Lanka trip.

Perfect location, very close to Hikkaduwa, but quiet and peaceful. It has private beach beds on almost empty beach strip, still there are some chill beach bars in vicinity. Store and pharmacy are both close. Ideal for families with young kids, since it is run by wonderful, young family. Room is basic, but nice, cosy and clean, bed is super comfy and bathroom is impeccable. It has A/C and ceiling ventilator, plus nice lights arrangement and paintings. Facility has its restaurant with sympathic, great chef, who cooks and serves delicious Srilankan cuisine and also some western dishes. Fresh juices are heavenly. Would absolutely recommend, for calm and authentic atmosphere.

Offering a garden and sea view, Sea View Villa Bentota, Induruwa is situated in Induruwa, 200 metres from Induruwa Beach and 300 metres from Bentota Beach. Ac works good, nice bed, view on the beach, nice owner, great breakfast. Truly enjoyed and recommend. Villa is 30m from the beach, no people, you feel like you and 5 people stuff just for you!

STUTHI VILLA is situated in Ahangama and has a pool with a view and pool views. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

Situated in the centre of Galle, 400 metres from Galle Fort Beach, the historic Arches Fort features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Nice and authentic accomodation with amazing location, just in the heart of the fort, with great access to all sights, restaurants, souvenir shops. We had to leave early in the morning in order to catch our flight, but Samantha and the staff were really kind, and prepared us some take away breakfast. Furthermore they also helped us with our laundry, which took for less than half a day. Their hospitality was amazing.

Boasting pool views, Mirage Beach House at Morava Court features accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view and a garden, around a few steps from Narigama beach. Very well kept property right on the beach. Huge rooms with balconies. Very clean and refreshing pool. Very good breakfast. Rasindu took care of all details and special requests to make my stay very enjoyable.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Alvas house is set in Hikkaduwa. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, garden and views of garden, The Ritz Hikkaduwa is situated in Hikkaduwa, 200 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach. Great place to chill out, secure, clean and away from the main town but only a short walk to the beach, main bus and train station. Good pool and balcony to sit out. Perfect.

Ideally located in Galle, Deltora Villa - free drop off to Galle Fort by TukTuk offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Lovely property in quiet surrounding. It’s feels like being in a house. It’s a small and very personal hotel. Our bedroom was big and had a lovely balcony looking over the pool. The pool is wonderful, we swam late in the evening. The staff is welcoming and kind. Everything was perfect.
