The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The location is ideal as it’s a short walk from the night market but it’s very quiet in the night. The best part was the host. She is so sweet and lovely, every time we saw her she greeted us with the nicest smile. I would recommend this guesthouse for the host alone. Also there are yoga mats available at the back of the property :)

The office for booking tours and vans for onward travel are next store and they know the hotel owners, so coordinating travel and activities is very easy. The owners are extremely kind - they will go out of their way to make sure that you are well-talen-care of, and they stay on site, so they are often available for anything that comes up. The husband's English is very good, he will talk with you and tell you about local life if you are interested :-) Also, the included breakfast was a great start to every morning. Overall very high value for money here.

Golden Lotus Place terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Kuil Wat Mai dan hanya 2 minit berjalan kaki dari Pasar Malam yang terkenal di Sisavangvong Road. Golden lotus hotel is located right at the heart of old quarters. The room was small but clean and super well maintained. Staff at the reception was especially kind and provided some great recommendations.
