Set within 300 metres of Sisowath Quay and less than 1 km of Chaktomouk Hall, Julieka’s Guesthouse offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Phnom Penh. We booked a room for $20 with a view of the city. It was the right decision, when we arrived, the staff greeted us very friendly, offered us a bottle of chilled water and even lifted a suitcase into the room. The room was clean, there were mugs, towels. The bathroom was very narrow, there was hand soap, shampoo and shower gel were not available. Clean linen and towels. The view from the room is very beautiful.
