The room was exactly as in pictures. Its a self contained room with full kitchen, fridge and all the utensils you'll need. Bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels were provided. Pool was exceptional. The host Elena was very accommodating and helpful. This is a place you stay in for a week/month as it has everything you need for long stay

How close can you get to Paradise? Pretty close! At least when you stay at A Rocha Watamu. Surrounded by untouched nature, birds singing, colourful lizzards peacefully walking by. Good traditional kenyan food and the possibilit to get in touch with the researchers and volunteers monitoring birds and reefs. Unforgettable sunrises at this dream of beach. An atmosphere as peace- and respectful towards the environment. Nice conversations with other guests or employees. This is indeed a happy place for all those who favor natures luxuries.

Beautiful seafront cottage; spacious and very well equipped. Very helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us with our work at Mida Creek. Lovely grounds and pool, in a spot that is well removed from the busier northern end of Watamu Bay, but still readily accessible. Lovely beach, with relatively few people other than kite surfers. Remarkable value for money. We would happily stay again.

We loved the receptions, we were well welcomed, it was great after the long journey 😀. The rooms were so natural, nice designs, the environment was so therapeutic, yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiii, we needed it. How about the staff, they were excellent, more than just staff, they made us feel more than home.
