熱海温泉 実の別荘 features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 1.5 km of Atami Sun Beach and 27 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station. This was an incredible stay!! The host was incredibly friendly and really made us feel so welcome. The onsen was so lovely and the property has an incredible view. It is on the hill so if you don’t want to walk or don’t have a car be aware it’s a bit of a climb but it’s worth it for the view! The duvets and beds were really comfortable, AC was great and the place was absolutely spotless, very clean. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Shimoda, í 600 metra fjarlægð frá Nabetahama-ströndinni. The staff was very helpful and supported us phoning with the local ferry as our japanese is not that great. Also the place seems very kid friendly which is rarely seen. We felt very welcome. The owner even offered us an emergency stay as our ferry was cancelled! Would recommend this guesthouse and we will definitively come back.

ペンション桜家 features air-conditioned guest accommodation in Shimoda, 600 metres from Shirahama Ohama Beach, 1.7 km from Shirahama Chuo Beach and 3 km from Sotoura Beach. Breathtaking views of both the mountain and the sea, the staff is very accommodating and kind. We will definitely come back.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. The owner offered to drive me to a nearby 温泉 and pick me up again for only a small prize, so I did not have to take the train.

A lovely house located near the station，has good restaurants nearby and public onsen within walking distance. The barbecue is delicious and the host takes guests for a walk in the morning. The room is also nice and clean.
