The neighbourhood was safe and friendly, easy to get to central Ocho Rios but a chill, quiet area. There was also a lovely patio. The WiFi did cut in and out but it was perfectly fine for what I needed - I managed a couple of Zoom calls fine.

The hosts Paula & Eric were so responsive to my text with questions prior to my arrival. Booked an airport pickup with Eric and he was there even though my flight was slightly delayed. Room was spacious and clean and the neighborhood is quiet with a few minutes drive from the beach. The property is gated so as a solo traveller I felt safe at all times. It felt like a home away from home. I ordered a Jamaican breakfast the first morning. It was very tasty. The portion size was huge, so you could skip lunch quite easily. They were on hand to give advice on travel if you were unsure and would always encourage you to ring them if you encounter any problems. They were so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property, shame it was such a short visit for a family funeral.
