I booked it last minute, a couple of hours before my arrival and everything was perfect. The location is just a few minutes walking distance from all the main Basilicas. The lady that received me was very kind and gentle. She had prepared a few snacks in the room and water bottles. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics, and a coffee machine. They even have to go cups. Thank you for letting me stay here, I really enjoyed it.

We loved this spot! We stayed 2 nights but wish it were longer. Good location to walk to center (we are walkers though), the host was super about details and communication. Recommended a few spots for dinner which we tried out and loved. The spot is small but the comfort level gets high marks. The shower was great as well. Recommend highly if you are into staying a short walk away from center. It is on the opposite end of town from the furniculare but there is a bus. Thank you for having such a sweet spot.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Comprising a garden and barbecue facilities, Marmore Charming House is a recently renovated accommodation in Terni situated close to Cascata delle Marmore. The attitude and the explattions of Franchesco were perfect. His recomends and tips were accurate and helped us a lor. He was very patiant with us He is realy a goog man.

Very close to the main center of town, but not noisy. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were very nice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast owned by a beautiful, warm couple who made my visit truly memorable. The lady of the house was an absolute delight—her joyful spirit and welcoming nature made every morning special. Each day, she prepared a delicious breakfast that set the perfect tone for the day ahead. One evening, she treated us to her signature spaghetti, which was incredibly tasty and showcased her culinary skills. Our morning conversations were a highlight of my stay. She is such a creative and outstanding woman, always full of interesting stories and ideas. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a comfortable and heartwarming stay.
