All rooms have a view of the lake and of the town of Riva del Garda and the view was wonderful. We had a balcony that was nice for the morning coffee and the afternoon drink. The breakfast was also great. There was a lot to choose from and the setting of the breakfast area was superbe with inside and outside tables looking out at the lake. There is also free underground parking and an elevator that takes care of the lifting of your luggage. The pool area looked lovely. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to use it. We really really loved the place and will definitely go back.

Spacious, white-clean, very comfy with daybed and a terrace which looks a vineyard. Parking is very comfortable. Heartful breakfast. Sebastian, the young owner, is very kind, eager to show how I make my stay in Garda best. No matter what's your taste, you'll be satisfied here.

He‘s very professional, friendly, caring. He deals with everything immediately. The room is very nice, comfortable, clean and the property was smelling so nice. There‘s a coffee mashine, hairdryer as well. We loved the location, less than 10 mins walk to the center and silent. The place is only 2 mins walk away. Price is also reasonable. We loved everything about this stay.

Although the village is small, there are several nice shops and restaurants. Host provides great breakfast with variety of food and drinks and communication with the owner was perfect. It is a great starting point for trips around the lake.
