A recently renovated guest house set in Birkimelur, Strönd Guesthouse features barbecue facilities. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Hótel is small but all facilities are quite new and modern. The shared kitchen has new kitchenware and very convenient compared to other hotels that shared kitchen provided very old and not so clean kitchenware. It is located in remote area so it is quite peaceful and beautiful scenic view. We are happy there is very good warm pool nearby. The pool is cozy and not crowded at all.

Located in Patreksfjörður, in a historic building, 23 km from Pollurinn, Pálshús is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. I found the decor very pleasing. Cosy yet fresh. The facilities were good eg dishwasher, nice seating areas, dining area. There was a lovely balcony.

We arrived ahead of our scheduled time, but our host was there, cleaning the houses, so we got our keys right away and also had a good chat with him. The system at Bjarkarholt Guesthouse is: do it yourself. So we had to make our own beds and also take off the linen and towels and stow them in a bag, when we left. It's not a big deal and you save some money. The houses have a working kitchen, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster. Wi-fi was fine too.

The magic of the place.... it was our top destination regarding sirenity, wild life and the magnificence of the fiords... the family who accepted us became immidiatelly close as friends and at the same time we had so much space for ourselves outside and inside the house :)

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of sea, Flateyri guesthouse is situated in Flateyri, 21 km from Pollurinn Hot Spring. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking.... The property was beautiful, clean, lovely bathroom/showers with delicious soaps, very pleasant dining room/kitchen area and excellent high speed wifi. Stephanie was a delightful and knowledgeable host who gave us excellent suggestions for exploring the area.
