One of the best host we ever had in India. Please kindly note that this area is mostly for the beach only. If you want to travel around, you would need a scooty or a booked tour.

I visited this place with my family and I loved it. The location, proximity to beach is good. Lot of eateries nearby and the best thing about the place is Mir sir who is the caretaker here. Awesome smart guy, very helpful and very cooperative. There is a restaurant right in front of this place which provides baby food like khichdi, suji halwa and North indian food. Thanks Mir bhai for making our stay pleasant.

Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. We love everything. Rooms, hosts and location Quiet and calm place very close to the beach with nice view. Usually in India we sleep with earpluggs, it was the first place we did not need them. It was really very quiet location. Everyday house keeping, refrigerator in the room and any help you need. We spent there 8 night and it was perfect. Next time in Goa? Hilias Retreat for sure.

I only stayed one night because I arrived late in the night and had to travel on - but I loved it. The warmhearted owner treated me like a family member, arranged airport pickup and my further travels. I felt home, welcomed and taken care of, as I am a woman travelling alone in india late at night. My plane should have arrived by 10pm, but because it only arrived at 11pm, it was after 12pm when I arrived at the hotel. They where there for the check-in, what I really am so greatful for! Thank you so much!

I enjoyed the apartment a lot even though I stayed just one night. It had everything I needed. The guesthouse is close to the airport and it's 5 min away from the beach. A lot of shops and places to eat around. Highly recommended! The owner was super helpful and even organized a transport for me to my next destination, for which i was super grateful.

Very nice stay in Palolem completely in the middle of the town and walkable to the beach. Good for long term stays and short term too. Value for money and room is worth the money. Sanjay the host is a nice hospital person. He can guide you to new restaurants to have Goan cuisines. We will definitely visit again to Alba Rooms. The best part of this place are the shady trees which keeps the whole surrounding calm and cool. Nice sit out also in every rooms. Definitely must visit and stay place if you are going to Palolem beach.

Set 500 metres from Rajbaga Beach, 1.6 km from Patnem Beach and 36 km from Margao Railway Station, Peaceful Rooms at Pande Residency offers accommodation situated in Canacona. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the balcony with the nice view. The owner was very nice and helpful.

A recently renovated guest house situated in Palolem, Ruban Yoga features a garden. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Ruban and Gangesh are welcoming, helpful, polite respectful souls. As a woman travelling alone, I was very safe here and have enjoyed their light and laughter.

Offering a garden and garden view, Casa Hillary Guest House is situated in Colva, 2.2 km from Sernabatim Beach and 7.7 km from Margao Railway Station. Casa Hillary is charming, the location is perfect in a quiet serene location, but it is a two-minute walk to a stunning beach and also a two-minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle, to enjoy the peace in the evenings, with plenty of activities. I stayed for 10 days, and most evenings there was a game of Babminton going on, or we had a BBQ another evening which I enjoyed with other guests. Dennis and his staff were fantastic, and couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend Casa Hillary, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. perfect location for a solo traveller or family. Can't wait to visit again :)
