Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

The bed was excellent and in particular the sheets and bed cover was way better than I have experienced in other indian hotels. The ac and wifi were also excellent.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Lobo's Guesthouse har balkon og ligger i Cavelossim, blot 600 m fra Cavelossim Strand og mindre end 1 km fra Varca Strand. Det ligger 11 km fra Margao Station og har døgnåben reception. The best part of the room and washroom was the cleanliness. This was really impressive. The next thing we really liked was that it had multiple electrical sockets. Amazing. The hot water was great too, plenty and always available. Paul the Guest house owner personally welcomed us. Even though we arrived very late he accomodated us. Appreciate it

Very nice and welcoming staff, clean property, close to the beach (2 min by walk). The room is very basic, but I had a good rest. They also arrange transportation.
