The rooms were up to five-star hotel level, very tastefully fitted out, as were the fittings in the dining area.

Pipers Rest ligger i Doolin, lige ved hovedvejen og blot 2 minutters gang fra 2 af Doolins traditionelle irske musikpubber. Samtlige værelser har te- og kaffefaciliteter samt gratis WiFi. Jacquie greeted us outside of the regular check-in times and was super welcoming and gave great recommendations of things to do in the area. We are fans of sustainability and really like that The Pipers Rest e.g. tries to minimize food waste and hands out oder forms for breakfast the night before. We were really happy to also see vegetarian options on the menu! The food was very tasty, as well. (Just a suggestion for the future: eliminate the paper forms and maybe implement a QR code-based ordering system to make it even more sustainable). The room was great and had very comfy beds. Plus, the location is perfect - our main goal was to see The Cliffs of Moher. We wish we stayed a little bit longer to soak in everything Doolin has to offer!!! :)

We decided to stay in Doolin so we could get to the Moher Cliffs at sunset. Worked out great. What we didn't expect was that this would be such a lovely place to stay. One of the nicest accommodations in our 2-week trip. The owner was so very friendly and offered a wonderful breakfast. Ours was a 1-nighter but we would definitely go back again and this time stay longer. Kudos!

Damian and Ciara were super helpful before we arrived and had tons of suggestions when we were there. Room was very comfortable and the location is great. Easy access to Doolin and not far from the cliffs of Moher.

Our stay at Ceol na dTonnta was excellent. Fara is a wonderful host, and her dog Tinkerbell brought even more joy to our stay. Everything, from the view to the breakfast was wonderful, and Fara even went out of her way to drop us off at the bus stop when we were leaving. Tip for everyone - it's a very good idea to rent a car, even though the bus service is very regular, it's just more convenient to see everything in and around Doolin. All in all, mom and I had a wonderful time, and we're definitely coming back!
