Room was clean, right in town, with a wonderful restaurant below. Loved breakfast and enjoyed local pubs that night.

A lovely place to stay. Charming old building with a lot of history, vintage ware & dressers and decorated in a charming retro way. Very clean. Amazing water pressure in shower. Comfortable beds & all for a bargain price. Great location in the centre of town but not on the noisy strip. Staff were welcoming, so helpful & relaxed. We had a great night's sleep and a great breakfast. The bar below the guesthouse is lovely too. Highly recommended! Lovely people here, Clean, safe, welcoming and such a pleasure to stay

Property was like new and was in a great location for us. Bed was super comfortable TJ was a great host
Nice touch - a plentiful supply of in-the-room breakfast supplies (tea/coffee/chocolate, cereals/oat pots, soda bread and crackers, fresh fruit) are left out, plus a well stocked fridge (plenty of milk, yoghurts, butter, jam and honey and fruit juice) and a microwave for DIY hot food. The host was very welcoming, kind and friendly and the fresh apple tart and tea on arrival was an added delight. The bed was very comfy and the room very clean. Breakfast was self service and everything was provided - cereal, bread, fresh fruit, cheese etc The area was lovely and quiet and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Our hosts were charming and very welcoming, offering up lots of ideas of where to eat and scenic routes to drive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was light, spacious enough and bed was comfortable. Bedding was luxurious and warm. The house is in a quiet area just outside of Cashel. We loved the summer show at the Brú Ború cultural center next to the Rock of Cashel. This is a great place to overnight.
Excellent hosts. Great location in quiet back road but close enough for town centre.
Quaint, quiet and boutique hotel with lovely atmosphere and super location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was really great and beautifully served.
