Coopershill is steeped in history which was in itself a reason for a memorable stay. Add to that the welcoming owners and their fantastic and friendly staff, from whom nothing was too much trouble, and cap the whole thing off with gourmet standard food (both the breakfasts and evening meals) using local ingredients, many from the immediate locale and attached gardens, all of which results, in my opinion that it would be hard to beat, not just in Ireland, but also many of the other countries that I have visited.

Station Lodge se encuentra en Sligo, a 10 min a pie de Abadía de Sligo y a 6,7 km de Knocknarea. Habitación cómoda, nueva, limpia y confortable. El check-in se hace siguiendo unas instrucciones que envían por mail: no leí algo correctamente y no podíamos entrar. Llamé al teléfono que me habían facilitado y enseguida lo resolvieron muy amablemente. No está en el centro pero no hace falta, la ciudad tiene un tamaño muy asequible y la ubicación del apartamento es estupenda. Hay una pequeña cocina en la que prepararse uno mismo el desayuno (con café e infusiones de cortesía). Pequeño (3 coches) parking privado gratuito justo detrás. Muy recomendable.

Clean and comfortable. Fabulous food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Lovely staff. Superb location. Helpful communication and put themselves out to help us. Definitely recommend most highly.
