Inis Mor
Overlooking the Connemara coast and Galway Bay, Tigh Fitz Bed and Breakfast is located on Inis More which is the largest of the 3 Aran Islands and features several ancient stone forts and churches. Kilronan, the island capital, is just 1.6 km away. We loved everything about our stay in Tigh Fitz. The rooms were spotless and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. The girls who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms were very friendly, helpful and efficient. But the most wonderful thing about our stay was Penny, the proprietor. She is the kindest, warmest, most helpful woman who went above and beyond to make our stay such an enjoyable one. She organised tours and lifts and even picked us up herself from the ferry port and pub. She gave us such good advice on what to do and see in Inis Mor. We were very, very sorry to say goodbye to Penny when we left the island.

Facing the seafront in Inisheer, Beachside Rooms has a private beach area and a garden. The property offers free private parking.
The guest house features some units that have sea views, and every unit comes with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At the guest house, the units have bed linen and towels.

Love the charm of the island. People are beautiful, knowledgeable, and positive. We absolutely loved our stay. Nollaig and Ciaran were lovely hosts with an exceptional bed and breakfast. We were rolling out the door so full and relaxed after our stay. Made me proud to be Irish with the folk and traditions I experienced once more compared to the rest of the country.
What a lovely spot and a great host! Clodagh took care of all our needs and filled us in on everything we need to know , and a great breakfast every day on top!
Great hostel in great location on the island, easy to get around. Linda absolutely lovely and the hostel is well equipped to cook for yourself.
Everything!! - The hosts are lovely and very helpful - The room was clean and spacious and well furnished - The location with a gorgeous view and very quiet - Outdoors toys and space for little children to play and run safely - Lovely Irish breakfast with different options Just all in all, a great experience!
Great stay at Port Aran house - really great location just a touch up the hill out of Cill Rónáin, so it’s exceptionally quiet and the views from the back deck are wonderful. Breakfast was great, everyone mentions the scones so I will too (so good!), and host so knowledgable, providing a great recommendation of a beach to cycle to which was absolutely deserted, even on a warm Friday leading into a bank holiday. Room very smart and nicely decorated as well!
Charming Bed and Breakfast. Penny is a wonderful hostess along with her staff. All very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great with wonderful choices. Penny was a lifesaver helping out when we needed some extra attention.
