Situated in Bitung, Tangkoko Sanctuary Villa has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi. One of the best experiences of our trip. The staff is really lovely and Sakar is the best guide we could habe wished for going into the jungle with us. The food, the place and the welcoming people made this a really memorable stay.

Facing the seafront in Bunaken, Sunset Guest House & Bar has a private beach area and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. this homestay was really really nice. the food 3x a day (7-9am, 12.30pm, 7.30pm) is soooo good. best food i had in indonesia, and different meals each time. Helmi and his wife and family are so nice. there's even a tofu restaurant small business in the front of the homestay, very cute. it's on the beach which is great, easy to rent snorkel gear (about 50k/day) and a motorbike (also about 100k/day). right next door to Blueshark diving, Dion and Jeffrey and the crew here are awesome. The snorkeling is also nice right at the reef at the property, just swim like 50-100m out (takes 5 mins). Amazing sunsets. Room is simple. A bit hot in the mornings. There's free coffee/water/tea. Bathroom is simple, just 1 bathroom shared with 3 rooms. i hope to stay again!

Situated in Kolongan, 17 km from Manado Harbor and 36 km from Mount Lokon, Liontree Villa offers a garden and air conditioning. I love the little villa! Perfect little getaway house. Lovely pond outside. I realized that the location didn't really suit me, but Debora and Jeremy went all the way to help me out! There's not really any restaurants in the countryside neighborhood and Debora offered to cook more of their own dinner, which was lovely! 😍🙏 Over all I had a lovely stay!

Situated in Beniha in the North Sulawesi region, Bogani-Cottages features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Beautiful setting on the coast adjacent Bogani National Park; great for wildlife. For snorkelling, the house reef is in nice condition >30 m from shore. Our cottage was attractive, clean, well furnished, and equipped with plug-in fans. All food served to us was amazing, and a vegetarian diet was easily accommodated. The bird-tour, during which we visited the Batumangas Maleo hatchery, was a great experience. Klaus very kindly accompanied us during this entire trip to help us communicate with our guide. Klaus and family are amazing hosts, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Bogani Cottages to those looking to explore Bogani NP, or indeed passing between Manado and Gorontalo (it’s a great way to break up the journey, and really worth the visit!).

Guesthouse Guesthouse The 4 Fish is located in Tongkaina. Just 18 km from Manado and a 10-minute walk from a dive centre. Staying here even for one night is a must if you come to Manado. Forget every hotel, because you will find here first class service, food and view. We simply love it. Wifi/ Internet is stable and fast above all!

Set in Bitung, Tangkoko Lodge features a garden, terrace and free WiFi. There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available. The whole experience was great. The lodge is located very close to the national park, within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfy, large and equipped with AC. The lodge provides guides into the forest. The prices as of March 2024 are 250,000pp for morning tours and 150,000pp for night tours. This doesn't include the 100,000 park fee per person. We were very lucky to be paired with Roy. He spotted things we never would have been able to, he has so much knowledge about the park, the animals and the area, and best of all, he's a cool guy. He's super friendly and easy to talk to, we cannot recommend him enough. For an extra cost the lodge can also provide food. It is so cheap and really incredible cooking. Thank you to all the people that made our stay so much fun!

Istanaku Guesthouse 2, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Manado, 1.8 km from Megamas Beach, 1.4 km from Manado Harbor, as well as 27 km from Mount Lokon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. He helped us a lot. The room was clean, and we had breakfast.

Istanaku is located in the centre of Manado, a 10-minute drive from the Mega Mall and the Manado Town Square. IT offers a restaurant, free parking on site and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Great location, clean and friendly staff. Great value.
