Some of the best corals we saw in Raja Ampat at the Homestay literally 5 metres away. The owner does all the tours so you can go anywhere you want. It doesn’t have signal so make sure you book your next Homestay.

Coco Huts Guest House ligger ved stranden i Waisai og har privat strandområde. Ejendommen har udsigt over havet og bjergene. We had a really special time at the Coco Huts homestay. The family put a lot of heart and effort into making our stay a great experience. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Delicious and varied food, clean bathroom facilities (water containers were constantly replenished), great ocean view from the bungalow. The host took us on a number of trips, including a trip to Wayag, which were really well-organized, and we felt super safe on the boat as well as snorkeling with a local guide (the reefs in the area are amazing). The transfer back to Waisai was well-organized as well. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away from the more crowded areas like Piaynemo, this is definitely a good choice.

Amban Beach House har havudsigt og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon, ca. 1 km fra Petrus Kafiar Strand. Everything was perfect, nice place to come and unwind. If you come from the mountains or the city it is nice to relax here at the beach. Healthy food, very helpful staff and owners. There are only a couple of small shops in the Amban area but the owners were super kind to give me a ride to the city of Manokwari where there is a mall and even a cinema. Also many places to eat in town. I had a really good time here, the owners go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

I stayed for only one night, but everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. Adele was incredibly hospitable and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The internet connection was excellent, the AC worked perfectly, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay. Around 10-15 minutes from/to the airport/harbour. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay.
