All is new. Everything was clean a the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartman is close to the beach and the little sans beach is not far away which is really perfect. There is a little shop across the street. For a breakfast shopping is absolutely great. I would definately recommend this accomodation.

Szem-s Vendégház is a recently renovated guest house in Balatonszemes, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Very welcoming and accommodating host. Surrounding is friendly and clean so was the room. Facilities are sufficient, prise included some extras. Good value for money.Accomodation is close to centre . Easy access to shop, train station and the beach. Quiet area, relaxing surroundings.
