Sziget Vendégház, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Szigliget, 30 km from Sümeg Castle, 44 km from Tihany Abbey, as well as 3.5 km from Szigliget Castle and Museum. Great location, good accommodations, clean, easy access. Each room has 2 beds, its own bathroom and its own refrigerator; a little bit like in a hotel/motel room, and it can be locked. The rooms open to a breakfast area and kitchen that has the basics; a cooktop with two burners (no oven), dishes, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, etc. We rented 3 of the 4 rooms, and the 4th room was not occupied, but I assume it could have been rented out for somebody else who we don't know. So, even though it's a house with 4 rooms, the set-up is a little bit like a hotel, each room is self-contained with its own fridge. We loved it! Great for a couple of days of vacation! The host was very friendly and very pleasant. Walking distance from the beach and local store. Great view! Beautiful location. We'll probably try to rent it again next year when we come back. Highly recommended!

Great place to visit, clean, cozy apartments, close to many vineyards in a walking distance. Unfortunately the weather was not good so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked tempting. View of the Balaton from the window. Parking spot inside the gates of the property.

Everything is made for a stress-free stay, including enjoying the view of Lake Balaton, vineyards.. a real vacation without any distractions.

Once you get there, you don’t want to leave anymore. Breathtaking views of the lake, mountain and vineyards from the terrace, all is quiet, clean and a friendly atmosphere around the house. The location of the house is spectacular and the air is so pure and fresh. Everything is very nice and well organized, from the access to the yard and building, to all the facilities that can be found inside and outside the house. Good taste and refinement, congratulations, dear Beata! We can't wait to come back!

Situated just 30 km from Sümeg Castle, Nyugalom Szigete Vendégház SZIGLIGET offers accommodation in Szigliget with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Very helpful owner. Clean, spacious room. We had to shorten our stay by one day and the owner showed empathy towards our situation and provided all the assistance possible to help us. A place to return to!
