We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The owner was really polite and she explained us everything about Zadar and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to see.We had about 5 min walking to beach and to store. First bus stop is 15 min away walking.

It is also very stylishly renovated considering the building is 120 years old. All required amenities are provided and the host is quick to respond in case of any questions. The location is excellent given it’s a 5 mins walk to old town and all major tourist attractions.
