Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.

Very welcoming host, apartment was spaceous enough for two people, all rooms have balcony with view of the sea. Beach is just 5 min walk away. We liked it here a lot.
