Built with stone and wood, in the village of Kastraki, Guesthouse Vavitsas offers elegantly decorated rooms with views of Meteora Rocks and their famous monasteries. Staying there puts you in a meditative state even if you're not looking for that. You'll find your peace. While I enjoyed my stay then I must mention it's probably not very suitable for unfit people (so many stairs and light climbing to get to the beach) and people with small children who can't swim. The sea gets deep very fast. Most suitable for younger childless crowd.

Situated in the old town of Kalampaka, Alsos House provides a relaxed and friendly base with breathtaking views of Meteora, steps from the local hiking trail. Staff super friendly on arrival. Love the location to the rocks and the village. Room was rustic and gorgeous. Plenty of space and good air con. Staff printed off some urgent paperwork for us as soon as we asked. So much charm. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in area. Local food 10 mins walk away was amazing. Best Moussaka and lemon potatoes we've ever had!!

This monastery-style guesthouse is just 200 metres from Kalampaka centre just behind the small picturesque train station. It offers rustic rooms with free Wi-Fi and panoramic views of Meteora. Very comfortable rooms, the pool was great. Nice and clean.

The location was amazing ,cleanliness was 100% also the little extra touches was very very nice . The Apartment (3) was larger than expected . Everything was new and well cared for.

Panos hause offers air-conditioned accommodation in Kastrákion. Private parking is offered free of charge. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, located very close to the centre.

Excellent location, very clean, beautiful big rooms, traditionally decorated common spaces. It felt like walking back in time. It is very well equipped with anything somebody may need from the best Greek toiletries to food. But what makes the difference is Antonios welcoming attitude. He is an amazing host. We arrived late and he was there to welcome us, treat us and explain everything we needed to know. He left the fridge full with goodies and we prepared the most amazing breakfast next morning.
