A recently renovated property, Times Elegant Rooms is set in Ermoupoli near Asteria Beach, Saint Nicholas Church and Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. Would highly recommend staying here! Very friendly and attentive staff, and an excellent location (right by the ferry port and bus stops). This is a slightly quieter part of town, but you're still very close to the action if you want to be. The room was modern and beautifully furnished, and also very clean. We received a hamper with local food upon arrival which was lovely. The property also provided us with an excellent list of local restaurants, many of which we tried and which were all amazing. The bathroom was huge and felt very luxurious, and included lots of special details. The airconditioning worked very well, and I saw that the apartment also had central heating so it would probably be very cosy here in winter as well! As we are young we didn't mind the staircase down to the bathroom and toilet (this was a feature specific to our room, the 1864) - however, this might be something to be aware of if you're older and have a lot of difficulty with steps. For us the staircase added to the charm of the apartment, as it meant that the bathroom was on an entirely different floor. It almost felt like we were staying in a house! I also noticed that reviews for the other rooms were impressed by the soundproofing - our room was a bit noisier because it was right in front of a parking spot for motorbikes, so there was occasional noise when someone would leave or arrive. We didn't find this annoying, but if you're a very light sleeper you may prefer to book one of the other rooms at the property. I would definitely stay here again!

Located in Ermoupoli, 200 metres from Asteria Beach, Villa Selena provides recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace. This place is pure perfection. It’s right on the water, you go down some steps and jump in for a swim, but it’s also right in the best part of the town where everything is happening. It was spotlessly clean, my room was like a private wing of its own in the back of the villa and peacefully quiet. The common areas are so vast and beautiful and perfectly spaced out that I felt like I had a mansion to myself! I had a drink on the rooftop under the stars listening to the waves, felt like a dream. And the staff could not be any nicer. A perfect and unique getaway!

Boasting a terrace and views of sea, Villa Maria-Syros is a guest house set in a historic building in Ermoupoli, 600 metres from Asteria Beach. Such a lovely tiny hotel/guesthouse. Regretably, we only stayed one night. We stayed in the smallest room, but this was also perfect for our short stay. Kostas is such a great host. He took time to tell us where to go in the island. Would come back anytime.

Great location in Ermoupoli, very comfortable room and excellent host. Dimitris was very helful in everything we needed or asked. Stayed for 2 nights and we will try to visit again next time at Syros island.

1844 Suites Syros is set in Ermoupoli, 600 metres from Saint Nicholas Church, less than 1 km from Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli, as well as a 10-minute walk from Neorion Shipyards. Great Stay in a Historic Location The host was warm and helpful, offering tips about the area and its history. The place was clean, quiet, and perfectly located in the historic part of the city, close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Liana the owner is very nice and was happy to answer all of our questions. The location is very close to the port and the city center. There is a balcony with amazing view!

Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. Our room was small, but clean, comfortable and with a balcony offering amazing views of the port and the city. The owner is extremely helpful, offering very good advice on beaches, restaurants etc.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Aeolia Boutique Studios is located in Ermoupoli, 1.4 km from Saint Nicholas Church and 200 metres from Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. Hospitality has found its true meaning! Popi and Filio were lovely hostesses and they were available at any moment we needed them! Strongly recommend to everyone!

Featuring an infinity pool and views of sea, Wind Tales is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ermoupoli, 1.6 km from Asteria Beach. While the location is a bit out of the main city area, the view are incredible. Alexis is such a generous host and nothing was too much trouble for him. This property is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
