So close to Fira only 10 min walk. Very clean hotel & room & the breakfast was lovely & plenty of it. But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Flora (host) is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a great view from our balcony and could see the sunset in the evening. Ample tea, coffee, and sugar are provided, just grab your own milk if required. I would highly recommend staying at The Flower Pension.

The room was amazing!!! The view was top notch! I really enjoyed the private view of the dome without the crowd from our room. Host was very responsive!

She gave us an upgrade due to availability. The jacuzzi was amazing for resting at night after a busy day. The room was clean, with good air conditioning.
