It's just a seven minutes walk to the beautiful esplanada of Gaios, where all restaurants are, so you don't have to drive at night, so the location it's just the perfect condition for a base to explore the islands, an excellent cost/benefit situation if you compare with other properties around that we saw, you get much more for a better price!
