It feels like a mansion from the past, kind of the ones you see in movies. It’s really quiet as it’s surrounded by trees and it’s only 8 minutes drive from Lixouri, which means you’re close to everything you might need. Everything is well organised so by the owners so we didn’t have to look for them and ask for anything. The cleanliness and the many different plants around the property shows how much they care about their guests and the do everything with love. The breakfast was different every day so everyone can be pleased. I would definitely stay again.

The hosts were very responsive and always helpful. We felt safe there. The location is great and everything was very clean.

Romanza Studios旅館享有愛奧尼亞海（Ionian Sea）的美景，距離凱法利尼亞島（Kefalonia Island）風景優美的Assos及其酒館和咖啡館僅40米，提供空調客房，其中部分客房設有帶家具的陽台。旅館距離阿索斯海灘（Assos Beach）300米。... 这是我此次希腊之行16天中入住体验最好的一晚。 从凯岛南部一路北行自驾到阿索斯，跟着导航先是开进村口的停车场，然后拖着行李慢慢上山步行到这家公寓，当我还在东张西望时，房主老爷爷早就在二楼阳台上和我打招呼了。老爷爷非常热情的带我进屋，耐心的告知我每一件电器使用方法、开关、笼头水不能直接饮用、还有wifi之类。最令人惊喜的是，老爷爷打开冰箱，告诉我里面那盘蛋糕是他妻子手工烤制送我的，还有各式免费的果酱、黄油、饮用水，咖啡、茶可冲泡、小零食...太令人感动了！ 然后得知我将车停在山下停车场后，还告诉我可以将车从进村后不要左拐，一直开上山，这样就可以绕到山上他家门口的停车位上，后来我就这样开上来很方便，第二天也不用拖着行李箱下山了。 这家公寓的位置绝佳，因位于海湾对面的半山腰上，是村里仅有几处“一眼”可以看到“双海湾”海景公寓房，而且是从窗户或开门见海的效果，非常漂亮。 次日清晨我也去村里其它区域逛逛，发现大多酒店和公寓都坐落在那条连接威尼斯城堡山的连接带上，这样即使看到双海湾那也是在酒店房间的南北两面，而非一面即能看到“双海湾”同在一个镜头内。只有和浪漫曲一室这样同在一面山上的几家才有此取景。 老爷爷还告诉我趁着傍晚可以先去对面的威尼斯城堡看日落很美，然后明天再逛村里，山下还有两家餐厅、几家超市，步行过去也就几分钟。 房间非常温馨漂亮，干净整洁，有着淡淡的香薰味道，淋浴、空调使用、热水壶冲泡茶饮都很方便。 第二天在门口廊檐下早餐，看着对面色彩鲜艳的房屋和安宁的双海湾，真是美的享受。 给我做蛋糕的老奶奶从楼上下来，好漂亮的老人，道了morning后，还教了我希腊语单词，真是太美好了。 村里的小海湾很宁静宜人，到处鲜花盛开，晚上整个小渔村也非常安静，抬头可见星空，是整个凯岛最美丽的所在。 下次如果有机会再去，要多住几天。

Featuring luxurious rooms with a balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea, Apartments Roi is set in a neoclassical building over the Myrtos gulf, and 5 minutes walking from Assos Beach. Roi Appts are absolutely superb. A lovely Quiet and beautifully styled suite complex with only a small amount of guests so nice and intimate. The pool is lovely and such a nice spot to relax and cool off after a day of exploring or beaching. The suites are beautiful and large and the breakfast perfect as it is set out so you can arrive at your leisure with lovely local produce to start the day. The position is quite remarkable as you could almost be on the Amalfi coast as the cliff top views go for miles yet 5 minutes and you are in the quintessential Greek village of beautiful Asos. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Maria is very welcoming and the lovely Akrivi is on hand to help with any thing you need, she is a delight. Hector is so hard working and keeps the gardens looking superb and is always there to help with the umbrella etc as is the lovely Marcella. A perfect choice for us .

The view from the terrace is beautiful, overlooking the bay, the owner Francesca and her sister Panaiota were very helpful and charming. Apartment was also very nice. Would highly recommend Art Studio Kefalonia.

Impecably clean, close to the town’s center, supermarkets all around and the host was super welcoming and helpful. Massive terrace too to spend the evenings. I really recommend this place for everybody looking for affordable place in Lixouri.
