Joanna checked us in and gave us the best recommendation of places to visit and restaurants to try, she also helped us rent a car and book a taxi to the airport, and Evelena was the biggest help with all of our needs, she went beyond her job to help us even after our check out since our flight was late in the night!

The staff was truly awesome. They helped us with everything we needed and gave us useful information. The port is within walking distance, which was really important since our ferry was late. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, the room (the castle suite with the terasse) was very clean and beautiful (as the pictures) with a very beautiful view. The host (Yanis) welcomed us very well and he is always available. He is always present to his customers and is very good advice for visits. It’s a very nice meeting. It was one of our best stay.
