Situated in Oranjestad and only 1.5 km from Surfside Beach, Kamerlingh Villa features accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. I stayed in the appartment on the ground floor alongside the pool. This is a very relaxed place. The appartment was spacious. A nice livingroom with a well equiped kitchen and large bedroom with bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent large bed. Wifi very fast. Location close to Oranjestad center is perfect, but the road is quite. I recommend this place if you are travelling alone. Especially if you want to work from here, mingle a bit with others but do not want the buzz of a typical tourist place.

We used it to bridge the time between two cruises. Bus station to Santo Domingo in walking distance. Very clean place. Hot water in shower. Silent A/C. Spacy living room to meet other travellers. Very nice interior. Fantastic hosts, that were very friendly, exceptional helpful that let one feel really at home. We got pampered. Safe and quiet place to stay. French or Spanish knowledge is an advantage. Have not been to places like this that often.

Complete with a shared lounge, Akunamatata Guest House Grand Case is situated in Grand Case, 200 metres from Grand Case Beach and 2.9 km from Anse Marcel Beach. It was clean, nice and quiet. The kitchen and outdoor space was very comfortable and it felt like home.

We liked everything, bright, clean apartment with all amenities. The owner and maid very nice and gave us a hand with everything. I have never stayed in a place outside and felt like home.
