Good quality/sized tv. Great WiFi (I was able to play games online with no issues) Will definitely be staying again and look forward to working in the area!

Nothing was too much trouble despite a last minute change to the booking. Lovely extra touches in the bedroom with fresh orange juice, milk and biscuits. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lovely warm room on a chilly night with heated towel rail in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the holiday village of Thorpeness which is quaint, busy in the day and quiet at night. The restaurant is busy , though and worth booking. The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.

No.18 se encuentra frente a la playa en Lowestoft, a 25 km de Caister Castle & Motor Museum y a 26 km de Bungay Castle. The property was spotlessly clean - and the bedroom was spacious .The owners were lovely and deserve to do well. I was woken up one morning (at 6.20 a.m.)by a deep (male voice) in the kitchen - which must have been underneath our bedroom. But it did not spoil the holiday. We will return!
