Great location with east access to the main street. Easy parking. Very friendly and approachable owners -Stephanie and Steven make it feel like home! Nothing was a problem for them. Love that breakfast is pre-ordered which hopefully limits waste. Rooms were lovely and Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our larger group. They use Brodie decaff coffee in rooms which I LOVE, so it was a cherry on the top of perfect stay for me. I cannot recommend this gem enough -if you are staying in Pitlochry, this place is a must for accommodation. I cannot wait to stay there again.

The cottage where we stayed was delightful having all the amenities you could want. There was good side well appointed shower/wash room a very generous size lounge area, good bedroom and a very clever fold out kitchen. It was situated in a quiet location and the courtyard area was very pleasant with enough space for parking as well as benches to sit in the lovely garden. The owner made us and our Jack Russell Lottie very welcome and did not mind our dog being in the area outside our cottage.
