Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

This purpose-built country bed and breakfast is located in the beautiful rural Nottinghamshire countryside. Awarded a 3-star rating, there are traditional, comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi access. Sue is a wonderful host - kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - from early breakfasts to going out of her way to help us with a dietary request. Highly recommended
