A recently renovated guest house located in Daventry, Annexe Newnham features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything was amazing: clean, well resourced, so spacious! Sometimes you see photos, then the place is much smaller- this was the opposite! Beautifully decorated; lots of nice touches; great breakfast, coffee,tea. Super clean and lovely quiet area. Very helpful and friendly host. All excellent.

First Class extras and somebody on hand with a huge smile and predisposition to solve everything, great feeling to open your bedroom door and be able to jump into the outdoor heated pool and sit on the sunloungers with sun umbrellas and read. Situated in Titchmarsh, Greystone Guesthouse is a recently renovated accommodation, 36 km from Kelmarsh Hall and 18 km from Fotheringhay Castle. We loved how well appointed the cottage was. Everything was laid out with such care and attention to detail. It was very comfortable and beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we had our entire trip.

Situated in Northampton and only 32 km from Kelmarsh Hall, Stowe Fields features accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. The room was well equipped and spacious. Modern bathroom. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Short drive to local shops (supermarket etc). Great coffee shop a minute up the road

They always see to it all I needed had been addressed to even during evenings they go out of their way to help. The place is tidy and I felt at home right away. Quiet and very comfortable. They deserve more than 5 stars. I would love to stay there again.
