The location was outside Sheringham (quiet) but an easy 15 minute walk to the town, bus stop, railway station and (if you want to) Steam Railway. Ian mentioned that bus travel is very cheap, so we went everywhere by bus and train. Breakfasts were very nice and (although it was outside our room), there was a cold drinking facility and a fridge with cold milk for each room. The room was spotless and we had a nice view over the front garden. Christine and Ian was excellent hosts.

A lovely house in a great location, so quiet and peaceful. Christine and Ian are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely clean room and a great ensuite with a walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice , the home made bread was lovely.
Always look forward to staying at St Anne's as it has such a homely atmosphere and great hosts in Larry and Linda nothing is too much trouble .Great location close to the beachfront and shops but very quiet and comfy beds
