At our next stay in Elgin we will definitely stay there again if possible.

We were welcomed with homemade chocolate cake upon arrival. The hosts were very helpful and offered a ton of information about hiking trails, local wildlife etc. They are obviously very passionate about their beautiful region and it is the place to stay if you love the outdoors. The room was very cosy with a big comfortable bed. Very delicious breakfast with a lot of options. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer. I would love to come back!

Located just 21 km from Elgin Cathedral, Craigellachie Lodge provides accommodation in Craigellachie with access to a garden, a tennis court, as well as luggage storage space. wonderfully renovated, beautiful old house. our room was large, very comfortable and we loved the style! there is a nice bar and the restaurant does delicious platters and other food. we highly enjoyed the sunny evening in the quiet patio!

The location is perfect, just far enough from the center so that it’s very quiet. But the highlight is really the hosts, whom made everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. It is one of the best place I’ve stayed in my life and would highly recommend it to anyone!
