The room recently refurbished/decorated and was absolutely spotless. Everything brand new. Bed was so comfy. Smart TV and sofa. Huge shower. Breakfast delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Tea, coffee, artificial sweeteners and sugar sachets restocked daily with addition of coffee capsules and 2l fresh milk to enjoy with free issue cereals for a light starter to the day. Bathroom had a large shower cubicle, a full bath, wash basin and toilet supplied with toiletries and quality towelling. The complementary chocolates, biscuits, fruit juice and superb lemon drizzle cake rounded off ones sweet tooth with tea. Cheerful and well accommodating hosts who take their commitment to service excellence to a very high level, perfect in every aspect.

Hosts were both very personable and very helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay excellent. Lots of little touches in the room and bathroom to give that feeling of luxury and being looked after. Breakfast was well cooked with lots of thought put into it such as bringing the toast in while it was hot, having the butter at a spreadable temperature
