The bathroom and shower were heavenly. The restaurant was good, the breakfast was unbelievable. Service was excellent. All in all, super impressed with the place, that felt like a 4 star hotel right after refurbishment. We'll be back

Just 2 minutes from Newquay town centre and the beach, The Quies boasts a 4-star Silver Award for guest accommodation. Our stay was fantastic, very friendly staff ,the room was great ,loads of space, the bed was super comfy. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was superb with a great variety and a few minutes walk from everywhere.

The person that arrange the hotel had a great taste and feeling for what is nice and cosy. The kitchen is full blown and very good equipped. We basically cooked there our dinner. All for a great breakfast is around, only get some ground coffee if you prefer to use the french press over the UK standard instant coffee. And if you need any tips what to do, ask any of the staff. The two ladies are pretty awesome and thanks to them we visited several sites in Cornwall we would have sure missed (thanks again to Nik!).

The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, nice and clean and had all that we needed.

Mandalay features accommodation in Trewint. Private parking can be arranged free of charge. At the guest house rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Everything! This is one of the best places we've stayed at, and we travel a lot! Beautiful property set in very quiet, rural setting. We had the room upstairs with balcony. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed with quality furniture. Bright, airy, sunny and spacious with a sea vuew. . Huge comfortable bed and comfy pillows. Very quiet and peaceful. The fridge and basic kitchen items are really useful, and the cream tea is delicious! Lovely shower and bathroom, with quality bathroom products. Our son and partner were downstairs in a smaller room (still reasonable size), which was just as delightful with an outdoor terrace. I think this is massively under priced! You will not be disappointed!
