Hotel Le Colbert is beautiful, the rooms were so spacious & felt very luxurious & it was right in the centre of town. It is actually a very lovely B&B rather than a staffed hotel, but the host gave us everything we needed to access the property as we needed. It is such a stunning building & so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep.

Having a great breakfast in a dining room steeped in history was memorable. Secondly, Paul and Melissa were fantastic hosts and it was wonderful to get to know them. Meeting them added to the whole wonderful experience of staying at Le Chateau. If they invite you to chat with them over tea, grab the chance!

You really need a car to stay here and we had to depend on taxis, but the owner gave us a ride twice, which was very kind of them. We were recommended to go to the wolf park and it was amazing. Such a relaxing, comfortable stay. The owners enjoy being around to chat at breakfast and I enjoyed this very much to improve my French and learn more about the area. I would definitely like to stay again.
