We enjoyed the lake in the area together, and the food she shared with me kindly as one of the family and her lovely company were very much appreciated. The peace and quiet were also amazing and we enjoyed having coffee on the porch. It is totally self-catering although if you don’t fancy cooking there are some places in the village itself where you can eat. It is easy to travel to Tampere and South to Hameenlinna too though you need to be aware that the trains aren’t that frequent. Host very friendly and happy to talk.
