Located in Puumala, Villa Saimaan Sydän features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The inn has family rooms. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible which it was. The place was environmentally friendly and provided a self-service breakfast which was well laid out and and plentiful without creating unnecessary food waste. We stayed in the "Glamping" tent which had spare blankets and umbrellas available if needed. A clean outdoor bio toilet was available nearby as well as full use of the indoor toilets, showers, sauna, TV room which was just a little further distance away.

Everything was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the cosiest places we've ever stayed in, and it truly felt like home for the three nights that we spent there. There were so many things that were free to use whilst we were there too, which was very rare! Coco, the dog, was there to greet us too. Very cute! It was especially convenient that we had access to bicycles too, and everything in Joensuu was within a good distance to the apartment. If you like pizza, I ate the best pizza I've ever eaten in Finland at Pauliina Pizzeria, just a few minutes away. Hope to come back again! Kiitos hyvin paljon.

No frills, just exactly what you need for a short stay. I stayed for 1 night, it is simple, basic but it truly has everything you need for a nice break from city life!

Karvisen Kissanpäivät Joensuun lähellä er staðsett í Ruokola og býður upp á gistirými með setusvæði. Þessi gististaður við ströndina er með verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði.

Villa Win er nýuppgert gistihús sem er staðsett í Lappeenranta, 14 km frá Saimaa Canal-safninu og státar af verönd og útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. I stayed for 6 weeks. The bed was comfortable, The kitchen was well equiped and big (it was a little cooler there). The house is old, but spacious. Parking was available right in front of the house and VR train station was only 15 minutes walk. I didn't miss anything during my stay. The owner was kind and helpful when something was needed.
