Design Guesthouse Laanila offers a shared lounge, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Everything was just perfect. I would highly reccomend to use the bikes to move around since Oulu has a great cycling infrastructure, plus the location is nearby the canal and the park and using the bike makes it extremely more enjoyable. The host is a really chill and considerate person, made me feet right at home from the get-go. The house is very clean and has both a modern and a classical Finnish vibe to it. This guest house is on a small island within 10 minutes’ walk of Oulu’s pedestrian shopping area, Rotuaari. It provides rooms with a TV and shared kitchen. WiFi and parking are free. Cozy and home-like accommodation. Pikisaari is a unique setting for a small hotel like this, and yet the Oulu city centre is only a 5-min walk away. The rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated with taste. One of my favorite accommodations in Oulu, definitely.
