The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night, and they rearranged their bookings so we could stay in the same room without having to move. The hotel is really nice, well laid out and full of character. Staff is helpful. They served us a complimentary breakfast of coffee and cakes in a charming patio area. It is clean and right in the centre of the old town. We definetly recommend it.
