Located in San Sebastián, the recently renovated URBAIA ROOMS provides accommodation 4.1 km from Victoria Eugenia Theatre and 4.4 km from Calle Mayor. The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

Situated in the centre of San Sebastián, just 400 metres from Zurriola Beach and 600 metres from La Concha Beach, Boulevart Donostia features accommodation with mountain views and free WiFi. Perfect location, walking distance from everything and it's soundproof so you don't hear any noise from the street or neighbours. Bed super confortable. Also super easy to find (despite to what other review said) and easy to get access to the room if you arrive after reception hours, they will send you the steps, super easy. If I come back, I will definetly stay there again.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Mendi Azpi Rooms is a recently renovated guest house situated in Mutriku, 1.3 km from Burumendi Hondartza Beach. The unit was sparkling clean, organic shampoo and soap were provided. It looks like they clean the rooms with non-toxic detergents. There was a small patio where we had our breakfast next morning. The atmosphere of the place is very romantic, I would recommend it to everyone. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
