On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the guest house's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Excellent facilities, very comfortable and clean and decorated with an eye for detail. It had a fabulous ceiling too! We enjoyed our private balcony as well as the communal rooftop areas. The hosts were friendly and super responsive and provided great information for getting the most of our visit.

The food was so delicious—every meal felt like a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere at the lodge is super calm, making it perfect for relaxing and getting away from the busy world. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, Tzila Lodge is the place to go! Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was super and abondant, we enjoyed the bougainvileas in the garden, our spacious terasse and the friendly cats.

I booked for a tent, but staff/manager offered a free upgrade to room. Price included dinner and breakfast. Both were very rich and delicious. Lake Rayan waterfall in walking distance. Quiet environment.

Cozy family home, nice hosting family, only with some missing things in the triple room. They were open to my suggestions and promised to address them for my upcoming stay. Overall, Tunis village is a secluded village and I liked it a lot.
This place is beautiful and the vue is amazing with the desert and the lake in front of you. The safari trip to wadi al hitan was just perfect and the guide from the hotel did also some sand dune bashing on his way. The food is good. The place is so quiet and you can relax a lot. A real pleasure to be there.

the hosts were superb! super friendly, punctual and accommodated all our needs, starting from extra bed, to providing a super breakfast as well as helping with setting up a fire pit outdoors and organised a day activity for us into the desert. Overall a super experience in Fayoum and would definitely recommend the villa.
I went with my family, first of all The location is amazing just two minutes away from all the attractions points in Tunis village, the rooms are great value against price ,clean and wide, the staff are super nice you will live the experience of being hosted by one big nice family they will help you in anything you would need during the trip ….. i recommend this stay for families and also groups …..
It was clean, quiet, had nice views and the traditional Egyptian breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff were lovely.
We came for a relaxing and authentic discovery and we all loved our stay! The atmosphere, the people... all was simple and so charming! It is in a quiet area and the family running the place can help you to get any you need/want. They were kind and helpful. We slept so good there and the food was delicious! True nutriments and taste! The tour they propose is really nice too! It does not feel like a tourist touring, but really like a discovery of the local treasures.
