The island only has about 110 residents, and they all live in one town, so it is a quiet, off-the-beaten-track place. El Pajas is typically quirky and slightly ramshackle, a collection of buildings with an adjoining open-air bar and a small garden with a hammock. The room was surprisingly clean and large with all that was necessary. The team (especially Karen) running the hotel was exceptional in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, and assistance. They arranged local trips for us and even met us at the quayside when we arrived, which surprised us. Everything about this small hotel was relaxed, casual and contributed towards a fantastic visit to this unique island

Ingrid is super friendly and such a great host, we loved her ❤️ We booked only one room but she let us use the other room as well, because no one was there at that time.
