My friends left and I needed just a room for a cheaper price for myself. The host offers the second floor as a whole rental apartment and the first floor as a rental by room. Having rented just the double room, I still had access to all apartment amenities. Nice and unexpected treat. Eduardo, the host, was very nice and accommodating.

There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will stay here next time I go to Guayaquil.

In the Garzota district of Guayaquil, close to Plaza del Sol, Villa Garza Inn features a garden and a washing machine. The lady was so kind to wake up early on a Saturday morning and cook me breakfast and call a cab to the airport. Had an actual hot water shower!
